W (Occhio alla penna) Bud Spencer má indiánského kamaráda Orlí oko, malého zlodějíčka, který jednoho dne přepadne vlak. V něm odcizí jistému doktorovi kufr, ve kterém by měl být ukrytý zlatý poklad. Orlí oko a Bud najdou úkryt v jedné stodole v zapadlé vesnici. Jaké je jejich překvapení, když zde kufr otevřou a naleznou v něm pouze lékařské knihy a přístroje. Buda navíc začnou místní považovat za doktora a dokonce mu zařídí i ordinaci… Italské westernová komedi .
