Hrozba jménem Fukušima
Po zemětřesení, které zasáhlo Japonsko v roce 2011, následovala masivní vlna tsunami . V důsledku této pohromy byla země zpustošena. Britský dokument (2011) (Premiéra) Na jaře, roku 2011, dochází v Japonsku k silnému zemětřesení a následné vlně tsunami. Elektrárna ve Fukušimě je v ohrožení. Zemětřesení vyřazuje z provozu elektřinu, která je nutná k ochlazování reaktorů a následná vlna tsunami zaplavuje záložní zdroje. Odborníci se snaží vyhnout jaderné katastrofě a ochlazují zahřáté reaktory, jak se dá, aby nedošlo k roztavení jaderného paliva. I přes to, že dochází k několika výbuchům a požárům, situace je po pár týdnech pod kontrolou a k jaderné katastrofě nedochází. Samozřejmě k nějakému úniku radiace došlo, ale situace snad není tak vážná. Vědci srovnávají nehodu ve Fukušimě s Černobylem a nastolují otázku, zda nám jaderná energie za ta všechna rizika stojí.
